Hillary | Casual, Lifestyle Headshots | West Village, Manhattan
Hillary wanted her headshots to feel casual and approachable, rather than stiff and corporate. As a freelance writer, she needs to have updated headshots on hand to share with publications, and we thought a stroll around the West Village would be the perfect setting.
I met up with Hillary in Washington Square Park to shoot some casual headshots. Hillary wanted her headshots to feel casual and approachable, rather than stiff and corporate. Zafi | The Whitney Museum of American Art & Meatpacking, NYC | Content Creation
Gettin' artsy at The Whitney Museum of American Art with Zafi!
My gal pal Zafi and I visited The Whitney's Biennial celebration in mid-May. We were blown away by all of the amazing (local!!) artists featured this year.
The Biennial exhibition is a special celebration of contemporary art made in the United States curated by The Whitney. You can learn more about the exhibition here!
While we were there, we HAD to take some pictures because the outside balcony of the museum boasts gorgeous views of the Hudson and the entire city.
Take a peek below at some of my favorites from our day frolicking in NYC's industrial & chic Meatpacking district.

Margaret, Matt & Evie (+ Friends)
I met up with Margaret and Matt to chat about the business end of photography this morning. Apparently 11 am on a Sunday is prime dog walking time because we encountered countless pups (and their humans) along the way.
I met up with Margaret and Matt to chat about the business end of photography this morning. Apparently 11 am on a Sunday is prime dog walking time because we encountered countless pups (and their humans) along the way. Needless to say, we had a blast watching the pups frolic in the snow. The light was less than ideal, but we made it work! That's what we get for trying to shoot right in the middle of the day...
You can check out Margaret's photography on her website and instagram. Also, I HIGHLY suggest that you follow Evie's adventures on instagram as well!
