A little background on this event -- Every year, Harper's Bazaar's own global fashion director, Carine Roitfeld, selects a handful of 'icons' to honor during New York Fashion Week. The star-studded list of honorees for 2017 includes (but is not limited to): The Weeknd, Karlie Kloss, Adriana Lima, Courtney Love, Grimes, Miranda Lambert, Travis Scott, Dionne Warwick and Courtney Cox.
It's always such a pleasure to photograph an event at The Plaza, one of New York's most storied hotels. The night was full of (famous) people watching, sipping mini-bottles of champagne, and witnessing the magic that is The Weeknd performing live. And yes, Kim K was there.

DREAM Diamond Ball 2017 at Lucky Strike | Midtown Manhattan | Event
One of my favorite organizations I have the pleasure of working with throughout the year is DREAM, a non-profit + charter school based in Harlem seeking to educate the children of New York and provide opportunities for them to learn and grow through team sports.
"DREAM’s mission is to provide inner-city youth with opportunities to Play, Learn and Grow. We use the power of teams to coach, teach and inspire youth to recognize their potential and realize their dreams."

Oysters XO at The Plaza Hotel | New York City | Event
A few weeks ago I was invited back to The Plaza to photograph a private event held for media influencers in the Todd English Food Hall sponsored by Oysters XO.
I had the pleasure of returning to The Plaza to photograph a private event for media influencers featuring Oysters XO, the raw bar catering service taking New York by storm. We ate and drank and learned how to shuck. A merry time was had by all!
